Refuses to deliver packages to walk-ups

The advantages driver for my specific region (Mulberry Street, Elizabeth Street, Spring Street, Kenmare Road, Mott Street, etc.) won't provide deals to clients in walkups

Throughout A neighborhood assembly, particular citizens have stated they've created grievances to advantages customer support but nothing was actually done about this. This leaves me thinking if his rejection to complete his work completely is section of his marriage agreement.

Our building isn't designed with a buzzer, and that I have requested the driver to contact the amount before the my package and so I may come along for my bundle. He explained "no" since he does not have a telephone.
