Second time I have ordered something and gotten something else

I requested a Number 2 breakfast dinner with coffee with lotion and glucose, and that I got a caffeine. The one who requires your purchase in the Commack McDonalds on Vanderbilt Parkway doesnot speak English/doesnot recognize basic Language. How have you been likely to get what you would like? Being that there's therefore much unemployment within this nation at this time, why do they decide to employ somebody who cannot actually keep in touch with you??? This is actually the second-time I've requested anything and gotten another thing.
