Worldglobal ripoff promised 2000 visacard in 2 weeks columbus indiana champlain new york

I was promised a 2000 visa within 2 weeks of them taking the 299 out of my account. I didnt get it and nothing until a week ago on 4/26/04. I had called every month asking where it was. I kept getting that they was backlogged on sending it out and i would recieve it soon.

So i kept waiting and paying the 39.95 monthly payment thinking i was geting a 2000 visa card. A week before i received packet i called them and asked for a fed ex routing number that they said it was sent by. They said i would receive a call with this info but never got that call.

I would like to see what i can do to get back the 299 and monthly charges. I also tried to send a email to the address that you gave me to contact the company to get the money back but the email address was too full to receive my email so there must be a lot of others dissatisfied with this company.
