Fraudulent charges made to my bank account

I've been billed $39.95 by some organization named www.mywebbil.com! I approached their customer support plus they stated that they are doing customer support for countless adult sites! Thats type of humorous given that I don't actually continue these type of websites! This can certainly be investigated! I've no idea how they acquired my charge card info, given that i just spend my charges online and use amazon! There's been a break of protection someplace & I am pissed!!
