Still billing after account closed

Our bill was closed-in December but I'm still being charged. I've named in numerous occasions and every time the individual claims it'll be categorized. I will never talk to a supervisor since 'she's presently from the workplace'. Reference number 2472512. I shut my consideration due to the pure mess of the company also it appears my battle WOn't be over.
