Unauthorized charge

The corporation has charged my bank account $19.95 and certainly didn't have the authority to achieve that. I believe there's a con happening with your people since i never received any service of any kind from their website. I'd like the money returned to my account. I've reordered a brand new atm card and can complete a fraud complaint with my bank.
