I am writing this report to inform my fellow business owners in the area and anywherethat they would possibly be affected by a company that goes by "NWBC" The agent that I saw went by the name of Theresa Handcock. She had a man with her who's name I can't remember but was introduced only as "her boss." The 2 of them entered by business uninvited and demanded my attention while I was busy helping MY customers. That alone was enough for me not to speak to them! Without being asked they started taking out papers and laying them all over my counter top which is the way of me doing business and very irritating! I own a gas station so they suggested that I wasn't making a smart business decision by not having an ATM in my business. At that point they took out more applications and talked my into getting the ATM that they offered "today!" Not tomorrow TODAY since the offer wouldn't be available tomorrow.
Needless to say, almost 1 month later a delivery came for UPS Ground a huge box and I wasn't sure what it was since the agents I spoke with told me that they would be installing the ATM for me. Ii let the box sit there for a few days thinking that this NWBC or Theresa Handcock would be in to handle it. Finally after my wife asked why I hadn't opened my ATM I did. Now the ATM
I was shown in the picture looked nothing like what was standing infront of me! This ATM was at least 12-15 years old and I couldn't believe what I was seeing! I was suppose to pay $99.00 a month for the next 60 months! You've gotta be kidding me! This is definetly an OLD-OUTDATED piece of crap!
I seriously hope that other business owners won't be fooled by this company! Sincerly, ONE REALLY PISSED OFF customer of NWBC!!!
