Misrepresentation, fraud, crooks, but if you pay the min rate they ask they will pay. Ripoff

Some might know what Fouex is, well there is a company called exproland, You take and get a E-gold account and then get an exchanger to pay the gold into your e-gold account and this exproland is supposed to do this...

$25-$200 25% daily for 20 days
$201-$500 50% daily for 15days
$501-$2000 90% daily for 10days
$$5000 1500% after 5 days
$5001-$15000 2500% after 3 days
$15001-$50000 2500% after 2 days
$50001-$250000 3000% after 24 hours

After I sent in $730 bucks, I read in their forum section that they raised the Min Rate to then to 5001!

1) With out changing the FAQ, The Home tab or E-mailing me in any way shape or form. They will still do the spend but I have to get up to 5001 in the next 4 days, you see, they give me 14 days before the initial investment is done, and there are no refunds!

I have written them a few letters asking if they will work with me on this or not, but it looks as though they may just run off with my money. I am going to contact the United States Secret Service, their e-crimes division. The Currency and exchange commission, the BBB, E-gold, and if I could find out where they really are I would contact the local police to go have a talk with them. My $731.83 is *not a tip, *not perk of the job, its my money i payed in for goods or services rendered. They were to provide me with a service of generating money threw a program. They have failed in that job.
