I requested my film in late August and my card was billed for $19.99. I acquired a confirmation mail stating my film had delivered after which by mid-September I still hadn't obtained my film and so I sent them. They apologized and guaranteed me they might send another backup totally free. From the end-of Sept I still hadn't obtained the initial film or alternative. I've sent them numerous occasions and today they don't actually react to my emails. The corporation is surely a fraud! Don't purchase any films from their store if you don't wish to purchase a film you will never get.
