My name is pamela porter, i was a dish network customer, my contract was up with dish. I decided to try another cable company. The dish had me on something until i make up my mind, if i wanted to come back to dish. But i decided to stay with the other cable company. Now dish is billing me for something i did not use. I called dish customer service and to explain to the lady. And she was not very nice. I know you will know her name because, she put notes in the system. But she did not cancel my service for me. I had to call back because i could not deal with her attitude. But when i call back i got someone else to cancel my service. Also i have something good to say i got a gentleman name joshua his number is 5014n. Dish need more people like joshua i might would of came back to dish.
