I have had direct tv for over a year. I moved called to get the service moved to my new address and have yet to be hooked up. I live in my fifth wheel and moved to be closer to my job they told me that I would have to take the tires off my fifth wheel to be connected again. The tech they sent out on Saturday refused to set me up because I live in an RV I had the service before in my rv I just moved. He than called his supervisor and told him that I threatened him with a bat I don't even own a bat. I've called direct tv numerous times and get a different story everytime. I have had major stress over this techs lies and directs not reconnecting my service. I tried calling the President of direct tv but with no luck. You just end up going to some call center and they answer the phone direct tv presidents office and they refuse to get a Vice President or someone from corporate to help you out. I feel humiliated by this techs lies and he is getting away with it. He needs to tell the truth. All I want is my direct tv reset up.
