I don't where to begin with my disappointment with brighthouse. I have paid them around 160.00 for the last 23 years. That is alot of money! My internet service is always cutting out. They have not fixed it yet! When the tech finally is approved to come out, after being on the phone for hours with a customer service KID, the tech says - quot;don't ever call customer service, they are high school kids and are not knowledgeable, Always ask for a tech person. This is correct. He fixed it but it did not last long. It never does. One summer we did not have internet at all and we called several times. Then in the fall they had men out replacing all the lines in our neighborhood so they did not want to spend the money to fix it all those months we did not have service! We were not reimbursed of course. Even the stores down the street did not have service and theirs kept going in and out. It was a "usual" occurance they said. They have a monopoly as they are the only ones in Fern Park/Maitland area so they don't help or care. Also you are on the phone for HOURS not just a few minutes. But after 23 years, come on people let's get it together.
