There is no way to cancel your ticket even after 1 minute has passed. They call it a "cancellation" meaning you cancel the ticket but you don't get your money back. Normally, other transportation companies give you a chance to correct your ticket purchase within 2 weeks of travel date or within a 24 hour of your initial purchase date. However, this company has no way to cancel your ticket and get a refund. Also, they seem to hide something as there is no way to reprint your receipts once you lose your boarding passes. I am not sure why they even have a registration for their website if you cannot even reprint your previous invoice.
