This company charges exorbitant rates for international calls without telling you the rate beforehand. You just swipe your credit card (it says once you swipe, the rate will be listed but they are not), you make a quick phone call (5-10 min) to your loved one, and then they slam you $50-100 USD on your credit card. If you call customer service, they try to weasel their way out of giving you a refund. They also discourage you from complaining with any organization such as the BBB Canada or FCC or else they will not give you your refund. They say they will only give you partial refund as a "courtesy." Speak to their supervisor. Get their name. Demand 100% refund for ripping you off and you will get it.
