Verizon One Bill seduces customers with discounts for bundling residential, wireless and television services. But they don't tell you, if you have a problem with one of those services, residential has final control over ALL your services and can shut them down at will. Thus, if Verizon Wireless overcharges you, because Residential paid them and not themselves (that's how they work, they pay the other services first), and you have a dispute, you are now beholden TO RESIDENTIAL for the money, even if you cancel Wireless out of pure desperation. And until you pay your bill or cancel your services, YOU CANNOT UNBUNDLE. Only canceling will unbundle unless you pay a disputed amount. One Bill is a scam, AND they are impossible to deal with. For example, if you call any of the companies/services, they all say, you must talk to One Bill, then you call One Bill, and they refer you back. So it's a time - and energy-wasting game of pathetic corporate ping-pong that gets you nowhere even when you don't have a dispute, and thus, it IS NOT WORTH IT. Stay far, far away. And if you live in an area where you can get good service and don't need Verizon, USE ANY OTHER COMPANY but them. Any. I used to like Verizon, but they have become a nightmare.
