Michael Hayes of Performance Horse Inc. Listed a horse on Dream Horse.com (horse ID # 1829527). He listed skills as: broodmare, dressage, english pleasure and hunter under saddle. He did not disclose that the horse had a grade 2 neurological issue diagnosed by MRI and bone scan that made the horse: unable to perform serious dressage, dangerous to jump, and iffy to breed. When I asked to return the horse within 24 hours, I was told that I had signed a contract and the deal was done.
