Kymaro has never reshipped my order. Please re ship or refund my money to Carole Markee 6443 Verdi Dr Buena Park, Ca 90621 I has been 3 weeks. She said she would fax me or send my a letter to sign and send back never happened. Customer service stink can't get through on phone and they will not let you come to their address in Irvine. The size orginally shipped to me was too big, I requested a smaller size. YOur attention to this matter will be greatly appreicated.
