Horrible experience with this company!!! I live in an apt complex where very often moving trucks park in front of my garage to load/unload even though it is a red zone. This is the first time I experienced a company that was not able to move their truck. Normally they are nice, polite, helpful and can move their truck in under 2 minutes. Not this company! What they did is extremely dangerous and illegal! They had furniture and boxes surrounding the truck in the parking lot also blocking the only handicap spot in the area. I've never seen anything like it before. When I pulled up I was first told by a mover that someone else had the keys. I was then told by the same mover that that person was "being an a*hole" and he was trying to get him. After waiting I was approached by another mover that told me that he could move the truck but it would take at least 10-15 minutes and that he would have to "get under the truck" to start it as it was not working. He told me to just park in someone else's spot or behind them (which would mean I would be blocking 3-4 people in their spots). I told him people were coming home from work like I was at that time and those ideas would cause many more problems. I said I would wait which I did for quite some time watching at least one of the movers standing doing nothing at all. I was also told at one point that they couldn't move the truck "because the customer was watching." I finally gave up and parked at the other end of the complex in guest parking. Hours went by but the truck still did not move so that I could move my car into my garage. When I went down to see why I was told the truck was not working and someone went for fluids. When I came back an hour later the truck was finally gone but in its place were two empty gallon water jugs and a large cement brick. All in front of my garage. I almost thought it was all just empty plastic and was going to drive into my garage. Thank god I thought better as I would have hit the cement brick. I have photos to prove this as well as witnesses. I attempted to reach someone at the company via their phone # but only got voicemail and no response. These were the most unprofessional, rude, reckless, movers I have ever seen. I would NEVER trust them with my belongings! It appears they have also ripped off people from what I've seen on the internet. They use unmarked trucks that don't work, block red zones with said non-working trucks, and when asked for a card or their phone number the only response was to show me the back of their T-shirt. They didn't even know their company info or have a card. STAY AWAY from this company or you'll regret it if your belongings are towed away or even worse!!
