We paid Franklin W. Thomas, Jr Attorney at Law in advance for filing fees and to file a modification to a court order. We have called every day for two months now going on three to his office, Cell number & home number. He will not return our calls. He sure did call to find out where the money was, until he received it and then nothing.
He was well aware in advance that we needed this motion filed as soon as possible because we could not afford to pay this any longer and he of course told us all the things we wanted to hear. He has been all words and no action. On all the messages we left we stressed the importance that he return our call. He has our money and we can not afford to hire another attorney.
