KOHL'S CUSTOMERS BEWARE, I am very disapointed with the unprofessional customer service that Kohl's has. Customer beware of Kohl's charge cards and on line payments. Recently, I paid my bill on-line as usual and have never been late in 10 years. Then I check my balance on-line and find that Kohl's charged a $25.00 late fee for no reason... I paid my bill 14 days prior to due date, the transaction was approved, I even got a confirmation and was deducted from my account. The rude customer service idiot on the other end refused to reverse the late fee and could'nt even give me a reason why. I closed my account immediately and will never return to Kohl's again.
I really hope Kohl's go's out of bussiness.
