The wait is way to long. I have never had a problem My husband Knew how much I like Kohl he open up account for us. We have shop at different kohl in the past on this incident I bought a couple of items and recieved kohl's cash for 20.00, one item had to be return. I went to the customer service in Benthabor Michigan to return the item. The young lady told me that I would not have a problem with the return but they would have to take the kohl's cash an deduct 10.00 that was not a problem since I was not able to use the kohl's cash until april. So I end up going to kohl's on a different occasion recieved 10.00 on a differnt kohl's cash. This is when my first an hopely last experierice with customer service 1-800-564-5740 I bought a couple item 4-3-12 so I thought I would not have a problem went to buy the items one kohl's cash that had 10.00 was fine the other one that had did exchange on it did not have anything on it not even 10.00 that was suppose to be on it. Kohl's empoyee told me to contact customer service to make this part short they were ruined nasty barly can under the person he did not want to help just repeated that the return took the Kohl's cash and he started to yell at me on the telephone so I ask could I talk to manger HE Laugh an put me on hold 15min then the telephone disconnnect on hung up one what ever the case may be. Second time in the same day I was on hold for 30min I told lady I would call back later. Third today could barly understand him he started to be ruined I started to understand that this problem was not going to resolved ask for the supervior on shift She was
ruined nasty I told thank you and I will make a call to corporate on-line an one the telephone. I'm not unhappy with Kohl's Just the ruiedness and time it spend on the telephone with people who only want you to leave them alone. And give you the run around all day I ripped up the Kohl's cash and I wish their was a better way for you could recieved a discount exspecialy when shopping at their stores and you could check the kohl's cash before you leave the store an not have to wait 2 weeks to use the Kohl's cash it suck big time
