We rented a couch so that when my daughter had surgery she could sleep on the couch in July. She started getting bug bites a after a few days sleping on the couch. My grandchildren also started receiving bites, but it was only from the couch, and no other furniture. This went on for a month or so, and then we we sat on our recliner chairs we were also getting bites. I reported it to Aarons and was told that there was no way that their furniture had bugs. I called in a pest control person and he found out that the couch was loaded with bed bugs and now our recliners were also loaded. I contacted the store and they sent out a pest control of there own and he also found out that the couch was loaded with them. The manager wanted us to call 1-800-haul junk and he would pay for it. He also wanted his pest control guy to bomb our house. We had already done it by that time. The manager argued with us and was not professional with us. We have been customers with them for a very long time, and we could not believe this was happening. He called us some very bad names, threatened to report us for our dirty house, because we have animals. He called me white trash. I told him that he could take the dishwasher and washer and dryer back, and he said that he could not because we are dirty people. I have scars on my arms and could have lost my job, because I work with food and older people. The manager has promised us 2 new recliners for our inconvience since Nov. 2011. But he has excuses everytime we call and ask him for them. I feel that this manager is so unprofessional that he needs to tell the truth, and never talk to customers the way he talked to me.
