Ordered World War 2 uniforms and accessories to the value of US$331.68 on 29 Nov. 2011
Received a leather bag on 13 December which was neither ordered nor required.
Sent e-mail on same day with a photo of the bag, the Waybill and a packing bag with the following printed on it "TIDING tm." and "www.tiding.com" and some Chinese writing.
Sent a follow up letter on 29 December
Sent another follow up letter on 4 January
Also Sent 2x messages on the website (dates not known)
All the e-mails and messages remain unanswered and unacknowledged as at today.
