I contacted this company via email in November to move my family from AL to TX. I was given a price that I was told was a final price. The company shows up with very little packing materials. They did not have a crew to pack things. They used our packing materials and then charged us for them. They did not wrap items, just dumped everything in boxes no matter what it was.
Destroyed my grandmothers china. Destroyed and/or damaged all of my furniture. Listed everything I owned as damaged. I have hundreds of dvd's missing. Price was originally around 2800.00. They charged close to $8000.00 after loading our belongings and told us that we would not get any of our belongings back until we paid them in full.
The driver sat in his vehicle making flight arrangements to Israel, his name was Joe. They were paid to pack, load and unpack and unload, also to place the items in the appropriate rooms, including carrying furniture up the stairs and putting them back together.
