Charlie Christopher and his partner Linda K. Miller sub-sub-contracted work from my company to finish newly installed flooring to 2 Walmart super stores located in South Georgia locations we fullfilled and completed jobs. Charlie Christpher was paid by Walmart, however, my company was not paid. Christopher will not answer his phone and is a liar and a cheap-commom thief. He subs the work out to other contractors and the general contractors have no knowlege of your existance, this is how he gets paid and provides no actual service or work-force. I am out of over 15,000.00 and many other hard working, honest contractors have been cheated out of hundreds of thousandsl. He thumbs his nose at the Judicial system, and apparently its working for him.
