Beligerent, misleading

I just wanted people to know that I, too, went thru the whole ordeal of Mailbox Magazine scam.

They say they record you agreeing to these magazine orders, they don't. They say they are the lowest price possibly and they are not. They say there is no buyer's remorse and refuse to cancel your subscriptions. Plus, you get ALOT of magazines you don't want and they told me to call the publisher to cancel them myself.

When you call them they are beligerent and ready for a fight. I had enough and contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Six days later I received an email from the BBB with a rebuttal from MM. They said they would stop charging me and stop sending magazines:)

My advice after all this: Go to the BBB! Use the resources out there to help you. And finally, people who come to you to sell things is usually a bad idea. Lesson learned!
