I purchased a-2 year "Alternative Guarantee" after I bought a Nintendo DS Lite for my son in regards to a year before. I purchased the program against my better reasoning but I requested all the correct issues like what it included, may I take it towards the shop, etc... Anyhow, and so I go towards the store I purchased at plus they provide me the telephone to contact Nintendo, "WHAT"... Obviously they wont substitute it-they need me to deliver it directly into them-and they would like to cost me $50-plus delivery since they're informing me without taking a look at it that there should have been bodily harm to it (remarkable I believed)... And so I surprise from the Goal and Let them know I'll never store there again (and that I wont) and that I move house and contact the Goal Guarantee middle which man informs me that within the first-year of the program them is clearly included in the Nintendo guarantee but when I simply wait a couple of days before production guarantee is off I will contact Goal back and they'll simply send me something special card within the quantity of the purchase... That was obviously BS when I simply named them-and they need me to look it to Nintendo. Exactly what a laugh! The alternative strategy was 15% of the price of them plus they need me to pay for to possess it set... What's alternative about this?
