Warentee and return policy. After purchacing two units from a popular store on november one of them has stopped working after 10 months. When i contacted the company in california, i was told to ship the item to them at my expence and also pay $30 for shipping a replacement item to me. It would cost $60 to ship it to them, which means i could buy a new one at the local store cheaper than what it would cost to have the bad one repaired.
