I hired this Attorney to represent me in a case, he agreed to take my case for the sum of $3000.00 dollars. While our conversations were by phone only, we talked very little about my case, all he talked about was getting his money. He never set a appointment with me to talk about my case. He argued with me several times on the phone about the money and he would get angry and hang up on me. He missed several of my court dates and the only way he ever represented me was by phone. I have never met Joe Saienni. When he got all my money, less $250.00, which I agreed to pay him on my court date, he then filed a motion to withdraw from my case, which the judge denied, He did not appear for court that date, It was all done by phone. The day before my trial date, my attorney's office called me and advised me the case was dismissed without prejudice, meaning the court can refile on me within one year. I asked his secetary why didn't Joe call to ask me if i wanted to oppose the offer, because I wanted to go to trial, she replied he just did not oppose the offer. I wanted to go to trial and was not asked if I wanted to accept the dismissal without prejudice, by my so called attorney. I filed a complaint with the bar association which never did anything to help me. Then the state refiled on me for a new case, I was appointed a court appointed attorney who did a fantastic job representing me, he was very professional and won my case for me. I am a 100% disabled viet-nam vet I had to borrow money to pay Joe Saienni. A guy I have never met RIPPED me off.
