I have contacted Eversafe Insurance (insurance brokerage firm) in Arcadia for car insurance in October and got a 6 month plan.'HELEN ZHAO' gave me a rate of $680 which I paid. One month later, the insurance company told me there were errors on my contract and the rate was going to be $980!!! I immediately contacted the broker 'Helen' to ask for an explanation, she became RUDE and blamed it on me! What a joke!!! SHE is the one who messed up my application, and because of her lack of discipline I was had to spend $60 more than planned for the first month!
This is complete nonsense, 'Helen Zhao' is one unprofessional, lazy representative with no clue how to treat a customer. My cancellation is in the mail.
I can only advise to stay away from Eversafe Insurance.
