Judge Sasser, Palm Beach County Court Judge ignores the rules of civil procedure and evicts people from their homes. Some think that she is in the pocket of the banks as she refuses to go on the record and risk being overturned by the District Court of Appeals.
Judge Sasser allows a bank not on a note or mortgage to simply say that they own the note and mortgage and have a right to foreclose on the home.
Next election anyone who has been foreclosed by this judge vote for the other candidate, file a bar complaint, and contact the press.
