I have been a loyal Kohl's Customer for 20 years. I have had and used Kohl's Store Credit Card since 1989... I got the card when the store first opened.
In 20 years I have NEVER been late with even one payment to Kohl's. Well, last month I was late for the very first time... Just 2 days late. They charged me $36! The entire bill was only $50!
Kohl's charged me more than 50% of the bill value in lates fees because I was 2 days late with one payment in 20 years!!!
I like their merchandise and their prices, but NEVER BE LATE WITH A PAYMENT TO KOHL'S!!! They will charge you up the Yin Yang.
