I purchased a one-year subscription to Cosmopolitan Magazine in Dec I have a bank statement to prove it. After 4 or 5 issues they started sending me renewal notices and then started sending past due collections notices and i still had over 1/2 of my term remaining! I am still owed 3 more issues and have been told that my account is suspended due to past unpaid invoices. This parent company "Hearst" does not provide ANY telephone contact info and im furious! Please stop them from these horrible business practices.
