I ordered a power cord for a Granpappy Presto cooker. I ordered the part that Red Hill General Store said was correct for our cooker. They sent the wrong cord and when I complained, the customer service person said the cord I needed was not available anymore. When I asked why they sent the one they did she did not know why. She advised me to send the cord back which I did. Since they made the mistake I think they should refund the shipping both ways plus the cost of the cord. They refused to refund the shipping either way, much less both ways. I would advise anyone NOT to buy ANYTHING from this place.
