I visited this store recently and i saw a clutch that i was debating to buy so i asked the associate if i purchased it and it doesn't match my outfit can i return it. She said of course. The very next day i went back to the store the return the purse and the store manager was so rude to me it was unbelievable! I could not believe what i was hearing from this lady, she acted like i stole the purse, but i had my receipt and tag still attached. I was shocked the way she treated me, then she was very short with me she told me that she cannot return my purse and that i was a liar and she just walked away didn't even try to assist me in any way. I then asked her for their corporate contact info and she gave me a number that was not even in service. I really like the clothing from this store but the employees working in this store have no customer service skills, very rude, lazy and do not greet customers entering and leaving the store, and if that wasn't bad enough the sales associates would just stand around and have conversations didn't even care to ask you if you needed help. I would never recomend this store to anyone and will never shop here again...
