We hired Global Ocean to do a move in December of we finally received our belongings in July after threatening a lawsuit. We got caught in a dispute between the agents in the UK and G.O. F, with our belongings held hostage until G.O.F. Paid what they owed. G.O.F. Use the payments from new customers to pay off what they owe to the agents for previous customers.
It took many, many hours of calling, the usual non returning of calls, being transferred to different representatives, etc.
The owner Eti Cohen can never be reached, she's always out of the country travelling. Pay your bills Ms. Cohen instead of squandering the money that is supposed to pay for your customers belonings to be delivered. Your actions cause great heartache to families who were led to believe in your company's false claims of repute.
Shame on you.
