Registered a domain name for two years with Domain Maniac and was also charged hosting for one year without my approval. Tried to make contact with Domain Maniac for three months, once a week, to resolve complaint to no avail! Email and phone system were under repair during this period.
When Domain Maniac finally repaired their contact service I made several attempts to resolve the dispute with unfavorable results! Customer service assured me that a supervisor would contact me and resolve the dispute! Domain Maniac refuses to contact customers with their concerns.
