Furniture Buyers beware!!! I would not be writing this, & i would wait another week, but this cmpy, has told me many different things, of which none have happened.in 2008 we went there for a recliner. We Bought a couch{ Cash} & recliner instead. Upon Delivery it was Defective. They agreed & took it back.
We went Back to the store & purchased another Set $Cash$. This time we spent $K more. They delivered & again it was not what we paid for... They agreed & took it back, & sent another set. Confirming it was right this time... It wasnt. Each piece a different color.
Now we were told that they are not going to carry that set anymore, because... They said they would return our $. We agreed that a refund would be best.
They picked up the set the next day & we didnt hear from them, {Furn & pick up was videotaped}
Heres where the biggest part of our problem is: # 1 You can pick your $ today. #2 oops you cant pick up today.#3 You can pick up Fri. & then friday comes # 4 you can pick up $ in 2 business weeks. #4 two wks later, you cant pick up, its not here. # 5 Its in mail # 6 Its being put in mail today. # 5 & #6 were stated within 1 min. Of eachother. At this point they have our $, & i dont know how many stories will follow the ones that ive heard. Yeah eventually they will send us OUR $ back. When? They say another week. But when they got their furniture back, they said $ will be returned that day. This Place is not worth the HEADACHE
