Photographer (Brooke Tarvin) had complete disregard for how we wanted the pictures in a traditional format and did them in contemporary format.
Photographer did not deliver a matted and framed engagement photo to the wedding for our guests to sign as she had promised the bride.
Photographer left the wedding reception early without telling anyone. Photographer did not get any photos of bride and groom leaving the reception, did not get a photo of the bride with her granddmother who has now passed away, did not take any of the photos of the bride and groom on their Harley Davidson, which had been planned.
Photographer did not get a very special photo that was asked for in advance of the wedding. She was asked to take a picture of the bride and groom in the exact same pose on the wedding day that the bride's mother and father had taken on their wedding day.
Photographer has not delivered any of the products that were in the wedding package that was purchased. All that she has given the bride are the proofs and it has been 1 year and 4 months since the wedding. She stills owes us all the pictures, a wedding video, and a coffe table book with our wedding photos in it.
Photographer ignores all phone calls, letters and messages. Will not return phone calls or correspond through writing.
