I have a dispute with Suburban Northwest Roofing. The do poor quality work as far as I am concerned. I ended up in Arbitration through the BBB (see my report on the BBB on this matter). The Arbitrator gave me a small percentage of what I had asked for. Suburban Northwest Roofing would not pay. Eventually the BBB said it was up to me. Only after I sent Suburban Northwest Roofing and e-mail that tehy contacted me. They paid $1,000.00 of a $2,250.00 award. Since then Suburban Northwest Roofing has proposed 2 other payment schedules and not followed through.
