Collect Call RIPOFF, DO NOT USE Texas

My husband used a NCIC payphone to call home (which was about 5 hrs away) and for 5 minutes, the call cost over $32.00. He had used his mastercard.

I called the customer service number, and they said that there was a $16.00 connection fee. RIPOFF!!!

This company should be shut down. I was not surprised to see that there were many other people complaining about the same problem. Many websites have BAD reports about this company. Do not let them get you!
