I got the phone cal and the pitch thatlead me to believe that it was a Mster card. Why I went alone I'm not sure. I did the 29.95 thing waited for the pack which arrivd past th 7 day period.By then they had already went in and deducted the 99.95 and th 59.95.
I called my bank and reported the unauthorized debit.
Several days later there was another dbit in the sum of 54.90. I have no clue what this was for. Since I couldn't get any where with thephone numbers provided I wrote tem a letter that disputed the debits and told them Ihd reported them to the bank as well as the BBB here in Va.
And that I now knew of their problems in LosVegas. I at that point request all the monies returned except for the 29.95 stupid fee I deserve.
I again today had to report to my bank tat they had once again changed the numbers and debited another 99.00 out of my account. I called the number liste on my account which lead to yet anothr number where at first th claim never o have heard of me. Get this it ws for an auto club. Hey guys Im AAA. Why do I need anyting else...
Then to top it off they told me the tapes were under investigation and that I would need to send them my bank account statement.
With as much maners as I could muster at this point, I simply asked just how long they thought I was going to be " STUPID" and refered them to my bank manager that I had talked to.
This has made me take a good look and have a long talk with my family about saying YES" to anything on the phone &icluding their name...
