Net Detective arbitrarily charged my account for an upgrade I did not authorize. When I called customer service I was told even though they could cancel my account, they would not reverse the charges. When I requested a supervisor, she advised me the upgrade had occurred on a day when I was at work and during the hours I was working.
I did do some quiries on my day off, different from when the supposed upgrade occurred, but I did not in any way upgrade. The supervisor was not receptive to my argument and refused to remove the charges. I have closed my account and would not refer this service to anyone.
Not only because of the accounting problems, but because the information given during searches are minimal at best. The only way they will give you any detailed information is if you upgrade.
A charge of 29.95 per month is extreme in my opinion, subsequently I conscienciously did not upgrade. Evidently there is a tab that upgrades without defining itsself clearly. If you use this website, beware!
