Returned a membership package 5 days after it was received. As their policy states Return receipt Certified mail. No refund. Several calls made. Told me 7to10days. 7to10 business days and then 5 more business days. Every time I call I get the same guy on the phone no matter what department or time of day I call. He keeps saying it isnt done yet Did you return your package. They are informed by me every time I have the receipt from delivery. When is someone going to stop these people??
