I would like t-mobile to allow free incoming text messages and only charge those who send them. Charging customer (s) for text messages for both receiving and sending in a lot greedy. Stating the cost is only. 10 when they actually get. 20 per text generated, not including tax and/or fees.
There are those of us who do not need text messaging and t-mobile bundles the access to it into most all the plans they provide knowing they will charge their customers for the incoming texts that they will get. We as customers don't have the option ignore the message like we do when opt not to answer an unrecognized number on an incoming call.
Text messaging is great for those who subscribe to it, but a curse to those of us who are forced to participate.
