What happened to me while moving from parsippany to mays landing on dec. The 17th 2005.
AA online moving, MARK ASH gave me first quote $340 based on hourly rate. He asks me to sign and send back a quotation form and I did. And then I modified the items and send it, he raise it to $457. He sends me one of his guys for free estimate to confirm the deal, I asked him to send me the final quote, but he didn't send me anything.
He sends me 3 people with the truck, all they have to do to load and unload my boxes and the furniture, they were unprofessional, and very slow I helped them for two hours and a half. Since every second count.
After the driver load the furniture on the truck, he asks me to sign on $1500!
What I suppose to do in these situation, how come a delivery inside the same state and I did all the packing and pay $1500?
I signed it unwillingly after. When I arrived I found that they damaged some my stuff.
I called him on Monday he pretended that he doesn't know!!!
