My Werner S2210 Attic Ladder broke in half when I was using it, throwing me to the ground. Werner settled a class action lawsuit on this same ladder a few years ago but now says they have no liability and won't replace the ladder much less pay for any damages.
There are thousands of these in use and are a ticking time bomb waiting to kill someone.
