I went into flying J in Mccammon Idaho during the night shift (graveyard) and I overheard the night manger Tanya laying into one of her employees, it wasn't like "hey you need to do this for next time" like a manager should do but like she was angry at the world yelling and this poor guy over him not doing all the coffee. I go into that store a lot and this guy is new but he is on top of stuff, coffee is fresh, store is clean. So there must have been a reason why he did do it right away. This isn't the only incident a few nights before she was laying in to him again over something not so serious, but on top of that she was very rude to the customer she was helping, he even said something. I dont know if she is like this all the time or if she has been having a rough time, but she shouldnt treat her employees the way i saw. Very rude and disrespectful.
