What a joke! I purchased a pair of $50 jeans from www.kohls.com and used $50 in Kohl's cash. When I received the jeans, they didn't fit, so I called Kohl's customer service and asked what my options were. The rep told me that I could return them and I'd be refunded my Kohl's cash. So, I shipped them through FedEx and paid $15 for shipping only to find out that Kohl's kept the jeans and the Kohl's cash because apparently you can't use the Kohl's cash again once you've already used it. I not only don't have the jeans any longer, but I didn't get anything to replace the lost cash. I'm a MVC Kohl's customer and I spend a LOT of money at Kohl's, but that will all end now. I'm closing my account and writing this review to show my dissatisfaction for the wrong information that was given out over the phone by a representative of the company. I called again and spoke to another rep who informed me that there was nothing they could do for me. I hope more customers leave this company so they will realize that they way they treat customers is wrong.
