I would have to agree with each and every negative complaint on this site. I was lead to believe by their advertising that they had similar equipment and services to the other companies in my area. I didn't like the idea of a, as they called it, "pushy salesperson" coming into my home, so they sold me the system over the phone. They told me that having two sensors on my front door and back door would leave me completely covered because their motion detector would in fact protect the rest of my home. When the installer showed up to my home, he was dressed very unprofessionally. Regardless, he installed the system and then when he was showing me how to use it he said that whenever I was home I would have to use the system on a special mode that would actually DEACTIVATE the motion detector. Well, if that motion detector was DEACTIVATED, I then only had a sensor on the front and back door without any other protection. I tried to purchase additional equipment from the installer and he told me that is not how they operate, I would have to call back and arrange over the phone. I called back as he said, and then the representative on the phone told me that I needed to purchase the equipment from the installer. Well... Which is it?! I was disconnected, or hung up on, and called back only to be disconnected again. Here I am, trying to purchase additional equipment, and they won't even let me. With all that I have been through with this damn company, I would have much preferred a pushy salesman come into my home so at least we could have a conversation face-to-face. Stay away from this company. DO NOT find yourself screwed like I am. I am not into a 5 year contract with only two sensors on my doors and will be forced to call another local company who can complete the installation. Buyer be ware!!!
